MANTIS will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Shipping can be 7 days for UK and USA, 14 days for Europe and 21 for R.O.W. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it unused within 30 days for a full refund.
It is not possible to refund or exchange any item that has been used or damaged in any way.
Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.
Before returning your item(s), please contact MANTIS (either via e-mail or by telephone) to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
You may order any of our products with or without a MANTIS user account. If you order without an account you will not be able to track your order through the 'My Accounts' section of the website.
When you submit your order, you will automatically be redirected to our PayPal payment page. You can pay by Credit Card/Debit Card or by using a PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
Once you have submitted your payment details, you will automatically be redirected back to the MANTIS website.
All payments are processed through PayPal. MANTIS Sport international Limited do not retain any customer credit card, debit card or bank details.
