MANTIS are proud to see the Pro 310 II has been voted “Best For Feel” by tennishead magazine in their 2016 racket reviews.

“The World’s Best Tennis Magazine” handed the racket over to their testers, and put it up against a whole number of brands in the tennis world, to find out which racket ultimately had the best for feel.

The second generation MANTIS Pro 310 II is the heaviest model within the Pro Series Range. It offers a fast swing speed for the advanced or powerful player who seeks a thinner profile control orientated racket.

The racket provides lots of feel at ball impact, but is soft enough to not strain your arm.

tennishead concluded that the MANTIS Pro 310 II felt the best from the range of rackets they tested, stating the racket had, “Enough power, great control and fantastic feel too. What’s not to love?”

The established magazines testers continued: “It feels better than some more well-known brands. I didn’t know much about MANTIS, but it’s well worth testing their rackets.”

Champions Tennis – MANTIS named official ball of Champions Tennis at Royal Albert Hall for a fifth time

The MANTIS Tour ball is to be the official ball of Champions Tennis tournament at the Royal Albert Hall for a fifth consecutive year.

Champions Tennis event features some of the best and most well-known tennis legends of the sport and tennis stars of today on London’s greatest stage. The MANTIS Tour ball will be used throughout the tournament.

"We are delighted to have extended our agreement with MANTIS to provide the official ball of Champions Tennis for a fifth year,” said Charlie Grave, Managing Director of Sponsorship at IMG Tennis. “Champions Tennis attracts many of the most recognisable and popular players of all-time to the Royal Albert Hall every December, and our partnership with MANTIS ensures that they will be able to use the best possible tennis ball."

Herefordshire and Worcestershire LTA has served up a first by becoming our first sponsored county, after we signed a three year agreement to sponsor H&W's thriving summer and winter leagues.

Although we only launched in 2009, we have already made great strides in racket sports, including sponsoring marquee tournaments such as the Allam British Open of Squash, and the Statoil Tennis Masters.

The Statoil Masters, a tournament we have sponsored since 2011, has made MANTIS its ball of choice for the event at the Royal Albert Hall - an event that attracts such star names as John McEnroe, Andy Roddick, Tim Henman and Stefan Edberg, not to mention Billie Jean King and Elton John.

However, this sponsorship deal with H&W is another important step in the continued success of MANTIS Sport.
